Rick Hoeltke
CEO
Rick Hoeltke has always had an entrepreneurial mentality. For the past fifteen years, Rick has devoted his enthusiasm to all he has done, from owning and managing teams in staffing, customer service, to developing procedures and assisting in the expansion of home renovation businesses. His passion is serving people, and he continues to do so even now that he owns and operates Garage Experts with his best friend. He also drives Integrity Decking Company and makes time to support neighborhood small businesses. His areas of expertise are management team development and corporate marketing. He is always seeking competition aka sports, and that drives his passion for marketing partnerships with teams and stadiums for his businesses.
Ryan Bednarowski
COO
Ryan’s main goal was always to own a business and become an entrepreneur. Having held every bag in the construction industry from laborer to management over the prior 18 years, he felt it was time to take the leap of faith and start his own business in 2021. So, he called one of his best friends and asked him if he would join him in opening a concrete company (Garage Experts), and that’s what they did. Taking all the knowledge from their backgrounds in the Construction Industry they opened up Garage Experts in 2021 which is a National Franchise and in the first full year in business they set a record in gross sales and were awarded with Franchise of the year! Ryan has always been passionate about the construction industry and his main goal is to ensure that every interaction with whatever company he’s with is positive and exceeds customer’s expectations.
Haley Harris
Office Manager
Haley Harris, has been helping senior executives of home improvement companies for the past six years and is currently the office manager of IDC Decking, has played a significant role in streamlining the backend operations. She is essential to projects running smoothly from the start to the end. An avid collector and builder of legos, no piece is missed with Haley Harris involved.
Tony Braker
VP of Sales & Design
Tony Braker has worked in home improvement sales for the last 5 years, 1 of those years as a sales designer helping customers with decks and baths, the other 4 years as a sales manager over a team of 18 sales designers across Wisconsin. Tony has used his decades of experience managing daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the project. Being a lover of all things board games, he is consistently looking at strategies to achieve the best possible outcome in everything he does.
Tyler Martino
Deck Lead
Tyler Martino, the newly wed, has been working in the Deck industry for 6.5 years now. He served as an apprentice for 2 years followed by helping service for 1 year. For the next 3.5 years Tyler filled a Deck Lead position and a production manager role managing work processes, installation crews, and following up with customers. People focused Tyler keeps his head up to ensure the work production his team is doing is satisfactory for its recipients.
Travis Ray
Deck Lead
Travis has worked in the Deck industry for 5 years. In that 5 year span he has served as an apprentice, been a sales designer, and most recently served as a Deck Lead. Travis has combined his passion and his experience in each facet of the process to ensure customers receive the best craftsmanship possible for their deck project. Travis wants everyone to live their best life – including you.
Ross Van De Hey
Deck Lead
Ross grew up working on a family farm, and has taken that same work ethic to his deck business over the last 4 years. The last half of those 4 years has seen Ross commanding a crew of deck installers and has quickly become known for their unwavering consistency and diligence in completing projects within the time assigned to him. Quick to be the first one to start work and the last one to finish, Ross has your back.
Alex Amble
Office Administrator
As office administrator, Alex is the first point of contact for Integrity Decking Company. Alex has been in customer service for the past 6 years and she has always had a passion for making a customers’ day and ensuring your needs are met. As a lover of comedians and dad jokes, Alex is sure to put a smile on your face.
